It’s Christmastime, and here at the RX, that means a lot of Christmas music gets played on the hi-fi. One of our staffers, Mary McNeel, is really digging Josh Groban‘s Noel. Here’s what she had to say about the heartthrob crooner’s Christmas effort:

You look at the cover and expect something different than what you hear. His voice being so deep and powerful—empowers you to listen as he sings.

His blend of music along with the choir offer to each song an enriching sound. Each song has its own personality, but “I’ll Be Home For Christmas” personally can touch all who have or are experiencing Christmastime away from home. Take time to join in the beauty he brings to “It Came Upon a Midnight Clear.”

As I find, you will find this a relaxing Christmas album waiting to be heard after a hectic day. It is one that you will choose to listen to many times during the season year after year.
